Update Whiteboard

During the order taking process, when prompted to enter a crew ID number, the PrISM system displays a "whiteboard" to the left of the on-screen numeric keypad.  This whiteboard is customizable and may contain any information you deem necessary.

 

Typically, this space is used to prompt the order entry personnel to announce specials to the person placing on order, or to serve as a reminder to get certain information from the customer such as their phone number.

 

This section of the Updates menu allows you to modify the information displayed on the whiteboard.  Once the information has been defined, it will be displayed the next time an order is being placed.
