Update Jobs

In this section, you'll be able to create and modify Job Classes that are in the system.  Job Classes allow you the ability to assign multiple job functions and pay rates to an employee and view / create schedules based on a specific class.  You may assign a specific color to each class as well.  This is helpful when viewing the employee Shift Map screen when creating / editing an employee schedule.

 

 

Select

Highlighting and selecting a Job Class opens the Job Setup screen.

 

Exit

This button will close the Job Class list.

 

Add

Choose Add to create a new Job Class.  Click here for more information.

 

Delete

Highlight a Job Class to remove and choose Delete.
