In addition to being tracked on your in-store reports, there are web ordering-only reports that can be run from your store's Web Portal site.  The Web Portal is a web page that tracks your online order history and customer list, allowing you to access this information from any computer with an internet connection.  Different franchises are set up on different Web Portals; contact Microworks Tech Support for the web address and login information for yours.


When you log into the Web Portal, there is a list of options in the left-hand column.  For most customers, the only active option will be "Web Ordering".  Within the Web Ordering sub-menu, there are three options: Order List, User List, and Performance Report.
