Phone

This section deals with the different customer phone options.  Multiple phone numbers may be associated with any customer record.  A customer can have their cell phone, business phone, or any other phone number linked to their record, which ultimately contains delivery information.

To change a customer's phone number, double-click the number you wish to edit.  A popup box will appear allowing you to change the phone number and extension.

 

Add Phone

Choose this option to create another phone entry in the customer's record.

 

Delete Phone

If a phone number needs to be removed from this record, highlight that number and choose this option.

 

Phone

This column contains all applicable phone numbers for this customer record.  To change an existing phone number, double-click the number you wish to edit.  A popup box will appear allowing you to change the phone number and extension.

 

Extension

If the respective phone number requires an extension, i.e. a business phone, it will be displayed here.  To change an existing extension or to add a new one, double-click the number you wish to edit.  A popup box will appear allowing you to change the phone number and extension.

 

Fax

You may track customer information via fax numbers as well.

 

Primary

This will be the primary phone number used for the ordering process.
