Income Statement - Actuals

 

The Actuals function on the Income Statement menu brings up the income statement screen. This is calculated using the data in the system and the information entered in the Fixed Percentages screen. Unlike the Projections function, this section uses "live" data; therefore, most data fields cannot be modified.

 

The Labor and Delivery tabs are filled out using the store's actual data, additional costs can be added with the Add buttons on each tab.  

 

Other Control Expenses and Non-Control Expenses are set in the same manner as they are in the Projection report.  See Projections for more information.
