Cost Centers

This features allows Cost Centers to be setup for reporting purposes.  If you run multiple aspects of your business, i.e. catering, bar, merchandising, etc., you may wish to set up Cost Centers for each aspect.  This allows you the option to run many of the PrISM system reports based on a specific Cost Center.

 

To create a Cost Center, simply assign it a name and then choose which components are used in factoring data.  You may select these factoring components from the following user-defined categories:

Note: Once you have assigned specific items to a Cost Center, they cannot be used for additional Cost Centers; they will not appear as available options.
