Additional Information

This area contains additional miscellaneous information about the customer record.  The PrISM system will track a variety of customer order activity, including first, last, and late order dates.

First Order

This is the date of the customer's first order.

 

Last Order

This is the date of the customer's last order.

 

Late Date

This is the date of the most recent order that was late for this customer.

 

Previous Ord.

This is the date of the customer’s second to last order.

 

Cell Phone

If the customer wishes to provide a separate cell phone number, it can be entered here.

 

Bad Orders

This is the total amount of orders placed by this customer that are bad.  Bad orders are designated as orders that are returned due to mistakes with the order, whether they are store-based or customer-based errors.  This is not the same as a cancelled order.  Bad orders are orders that have already been produced for consumption.

 

Total Orders

This is the total amount of orders that this customer has placed.

 

Late Orders

This is the total amount of late orders that this customer has received.

 

Last Mail

This is the date of the most recent mailing to this customer.

 

# Mail Since Last Order

This is the amount of mailings that have gone out to the customer since their last recorded order.

 

Club Points

This is the total amount of Buyer's Club points available for this customer.  Please see Buyer's Club for more information.

 

Customer Credits

This is the dollar amount of credits due the customer.  These credits may be redeemed by using a customer credit coupon.
